Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
Lunika Boutique does not accept returns. If the customer is not 100% satisfied with their purchase they may return the product and exchange it for another product with the same value. For for an exchange or store credit, please contact us via email at email@example.com.
Customers have 15 days from the ship date to exchange an item.
For an exchange, items must be sent back in new condition, including all tags, and Lunika bag. Once tags are removed from an item, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur. We do not accept exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, abused, altered, soiled or damaged in any way by the customer.
